Steve Trew is one of the UK’s top triathlon swim coaches and he will be present at the Speedo stand (B4) at the upcoming Triathlon Cycling and Running Show (TCR), at Sandown Park on 11-13^th February 2011.

• In order to enter the Speedo Steve Trew Competition (the “Competition”) contestants are required to answer the Competition question and complete the Competition on-line entry form on www.tzero-tri.com.
• The Competition opens on 9 February 2011 and the closing date is at midday on 10 February 2011.  No entries shall be accepted before the start date or after the closing date. Entries are limited to one (1) entry per person. Third party or bulk entries will not be accepted and entries not in accordance with the entry instructions are invalid.  The promoter cannot acknowledge receipt of your Competition entry and shall not be responsible for any entry which is lost or damaged in transit.
• The Competition is open to those aged eighteen (18) or over, who are residents of the United Kingdom. The Competition is specifically closed to employees of Speedo, Pentland Group plc, TZero, any associated companies, and their families.
• NO PURCHASE OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO TAKE PART IN THIS COMPETITION.  You do not have to buy any Speedo product in order to enter this Competition.
• There will be one (1) prize of a private 45 minute swim coaching session with Steve Trew at 11.00am on Sunday 12 February 2011 at TCR and a Speedo TriathELITE® Goody Bag.  Please note:
• the winner must be a confident, competent freestyle swimmer;
• the prize will include 15 minutes in Speedo’s infinity pool at TCR and the winner will need to bring swimwear and a towel to the training session;
• the prize does not include transport to or from TCR or spending money;
• the promoter will arrange delivery of the Speedo TriathELITE® Goody Bag to the winner’s address. The winner should allow twenty eight (28) days for delivery of their Speedo TriathELITE® Goody Bag.
• The draw of correct entries will be made by an independent person on midday on 10 February 2011. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner will be notified either by telephone or email after midday on 10 February 2011.
• If the winner cannot be contacted by 16.00 on 10 February 2011, the promoter reserves the right to draw another winner at random and award the prize to this entry.   The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The name of the winner will be announced on tzero-tri.com and speedo.co.uk. The winner agrees to take part in post-Competition publicity at the request of the promoter. By entering the Competition, contestants agree to the promoter’s unrestricted use of any post-Competition publicity for the promoter’s own purposes in all activities including, without limitation, marketing and promotional activities worldwide including use on the promoter’s websites and social networking platforms.
• The prize may be altered or varied at the promoter’s sole discretion and substituted with a prize which, in the promoter’s sole opinion, is a suitable alternative. The prize is subject to availability. No cash alternative is available and the prize is non-transferable.
• The winner’s name will be made available after 14 February 2011 to those sending a stamped addressed envelope marked “Speedo Steve Trew Competition” to Jeanette Williams at the address set out below.
• Information regarding personal data provided in the entry form will be collected stored and processed in a database for the purpose of managing entry into this Competition. Such information will not be used for any other purpose than as stated in these Terms & Conditions or as separately accepted by you. If you have separately agreed to receive communications from Speedo and/or TZero then your personal data may be used for such purposes, including direct marketing.
• The promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and/or cancel the Competition at its sole discretion.
• The promoter of this Competition is Speedo International Limited, Speedo House, Enterprise Way, NG2 Business Park, Nottingham, NG2 1EN.
• By entering this Competition contestants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. All entry instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions.  English law governs this Competition and each party submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
